
Since its creation in 2009, SD Aviation has continued to grow, both in terms of the size of its fleet and its workforce. Our project to make business aviation accessible to businesses has borne fruit; we have allowed them to save time and flexibility.
Starting in 2019, in partnership with Luxwing Ltd., we launched our public transport offer, by providing one of our Phenom 100, as well as our Phenom 300. This new stage has allowed us to become aware of the challenges of commercial business aviation: we must offer an optimal level of service.
For 5 years now, our commercial transport offer has continued to increase, and it is in this direction that we now want to evolve.
Every day, we strive to find solutions to bring serenity to the trips of our customers.
From an operational point of view, we are committed to maintaining a maximum level of responsiveness, thanks to our young and enterprising sales team.
It is also important to improve our internal organization to better anticipate any eventuality. Since 2023, our teams have been working to create our own Air Carrier Certificate (CTA). Obtaining this CTA, which is expected in the coming months, will make it possible to internalize all of our operations, which will facilitate communication between our teams.
Our constant quest for improvement obviously involves the service on board our planes. Reception of passengers, catering and drinks, entertainment, etc... are the main characteristics of a comfortable flight.
We are committed to offering the best amenities to our customers: catering service (canapes, pastries, pastries, sandwiches, salads or meal trays) and drinks (fruit juices, sodas, wines, beers and high-end champagne), newspapers on board (by downloading the ePresse application) and magazines, but also the accessories necessary for your comfort (cushions, blankets, oshiboris, etc...).
Finally, since safety is our first priority, we are committed to maintaining a high level of pilot training. We are constantly thinking about possible improvements, listening to our crews. We are also committed to improving their working conditions to promote the quality of the operations they perform.
